ENVIROCLEAN NATURAL CITRUS-BASED DEGREASER
APPLICATION
ENVIROCLEAN is a natural citrus-based degreaser for use with new or used fabric. This product will clean the fabric by removing oils, contaminants, and residue that would ruin the emulsion coating. ENVIROCLEAN will also reduce the incidence of “pinholes” when coating your screens with emulsion. It also helps control hard water and other contaminants found in the rinse water.
1. Prior to using, remove any ink or emulsion residue left on the screen.
2. Apply ENVIROCLEAN to both sides of the screen. Thoroughly scrub and agitate the fabric completely. Leave on fabric 1-2 minutes to allow the product to dissolve all contaminants.
3. Thoroughly rinse both sides of the screen with water.

ENVIROSOLV WATER BASED INK CLEANER
APPLICATION
ENVIROSOLV is a water-based ink cleaner designed for the removal of water-based and plastisol inks. This product works especially well at opening up dried-in water-based ink in the image area. This product will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print.
PRESS WASH AND SCREEN OPENER
Apply ENVIROSOLV on both sides of the screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone.
SCREEN WASH
Apply to the ink side of the screen. Use a brush or pad to agitate both sides of the screen. High pressure water rinse until all residue is gone.

APPLICATION
This product is a natural iodine based emulsion stripper that is mined from the earth. ENVIROSTRIP also contains natural enzymes to help degrade the emulsion. ENVIROSTRIP will quickly and economically remove all types of photopolymer, diazo and capillary film emulsions. ENVIROSTRIP is safe on all types of mesh and is drain safe.
1. First, remove any ink residue, block-out or tape and flush the screen with water.
2. Apply ENVIROSTRIP by spray, brush or dip tank application. Use in concentrated form or dilute 1:10 with water for dip tank applications.
3. Allow ENVIROSTRIP sufficient time to penetrate the emulsion, approximately 30 seconds. High pressure water rinse the screen until all emulsion residue is gone.

ENVIROWASH NATURE’S INK CLEANER
APPLICATION INK WASHOUT AT THE SINK RECIRCULATING WASH AVAILABL SIZES:
ENVIROWASH is a soy based, semi-viscous ink cleaner. It is designed for the removal of a variety of inks without attacking the emulsion. The top priority of ENVIROWASH is plastisol inks.
Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply product to the ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Starting at the bottom of the screen, high pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations on inks that are to rinsed into the drain.
Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used.
