PROCHEM 109G is a water miscible ink degradent. It is highly effective on laquer stencil, plastisol, poster, multi-purpose (solvent based) and UV inks.

1. When used for screen reclamation, begin by carding excess ink from screen.
2. Spray PROCHEM 109G onto the mesh and then scrub both sides with a non-abrasive brush or pad until the ink is liquefied.
3. High pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. By washing from the bottom to top, you will prevent the possibility of ink locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations on inks that are to be rinsed into drain.

APPLICATION
This product is a liquid ghost/image remover that is designed for use with a variety of inks. LSR/10Æ cleans mesh of cured ink stains with less noticeable odor and works better than most liquid stain removers. LSR/10 contains a proprietary mesh protector. *Before using LSR/10Æ, remove all ink residue and emulsion from the screen.

WET APPLICATION:

The Pink Stuff leaves your fabric free of all oils and contaminants, which will reduce the incidence of pinholes.

1. Before using The Pink Stuff, remove all ink residue and emulsion from the screen.
2. Brush product on the ink side of a WET screen. Agitate on both sides of the screen with a brush or pad and set aside for approximately 1 to 10 minutes.
